Цукровий діабет 1 типу і целіакія в дитячому віці: особливості клінічного перебігу та діагностики в пацієнтів із «подвійним діагнозом»

Анотація

Представлено огляд літератури про особливості перебігу поєднаної автоімунної патології — цукрового діабету 1 типу та целіакії в дітей за даними рецензованих медичних видань з використанням актуальних інтернет-ресурсів. Відображено сучасні уявлення про причини розвитку й патогенетичні механізми, клінічні вияви, методи ранньої діагностики та дієтотерапії целіакії, асоційованої із цукровим діабетом 1 типу.
