Ефективність немедикаментозних інтервенцій у дітей з ожирінням

Анотація

У статті наведено аналіз сучасної літератури щодо ефективності різних стратегій під час лікування ожиріння в дітей. Низька ефективність лікування ожиріння в дітей в усьому світі спричинена соціально­психологічними особливостями, які полягають у родинному впливі та низькій самоефективності. Встановлено, що найкращий результат отримують мультидисциплінарні команди, які враховують родинні та етнічні особливості стилю життя й харчування. Показано, що перевагу мають стаціонарні інтервенції над амбулаторними, а також дії, що сконцентровані на освітніх заходах, що сприяє не лише зниженню маси тіла, а й поліпшенню моторики та успішності дітей у школі.
