Вибрані питання техніки ін’єкцій інсуліну (огляд літератури і власні дані)

У статті наведено сучасні міжнародні рекомендації та власні дані щодо техніки ін’єкції інсуліну у хворих на цукровий діабет. Багато пацієнтів припускаються низки серйозних помилок у виконанні ін’єкцій інсуліну. Водночас недотримання правил його введення асоціюється із погіршенням показників вуглеводного обміну, тому технічні питання інсулінотерапії мають перебувати в центрі уваги будь-якого практичного ендокринолога. Необхідне впровадження ультразвукового дослідження для поліпшення діагностики ліподистрофій та своєчасного їх лікування.
